  • Day 01 / Looking within

    Day One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

    New skill: Scheduling & Tracking that Work!

  • Days 02-05 / The External

    From Days 2 through 5, we shift our focus to how you relate to your work. What holds you back from connecting with your work? How do your thoughts interfere with motivation?

    New skills: ACT for engaging & committing to work. ERP for understanding your work style.

  • Day 06 / New Beginnings

    We put everything together on Day Six. You’ll see how the skills you have built are creating a different viewpoint. You will share your progress and struggle with everyone and have a chance to plan for future growth.

Course Structure

This is a six-session, virtual event held live on Zoom. Attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the additional materials for each day.
